Came here from Peach Health after surgery. Nice place, good food. I like the garden and the staff a lot, they were very kind.
I met Marcus today for a tour and he was super sweet! This place was tucked away in a beautiful little spot and I’m happy to send my family here!
My father came from another facility and this place was a night and day difference. I did a tour, fell in love with the scenery and open concept with lots of light… and I even tried the food which was pretty good. I’m also really really happy they had designated smoking areas for him. Plus everyone has been so friendly to us! I’m glad OHSU recommended this place!

As I am sitting in my dad’s room bawling my eyes out because the incompetence at this place is astounding! His time here has been pure misery (with the exception of a few good nurses) this place cannot get anything right. And now he is discharged, no longer their responsibility and yet sitting in their room waiting on transport. Transport was ordered by them and when it was wheelchair transport and not a stretcher, which was specifically ordered, they said oh well nothing we can do. So what he just sits here?!?!
My experience has been really good the staff have been really helpful with my care and very friendly and confident. They have gotten my diabetic sores down to almost completely gone. My rides to my appointments are always ready and on time. The food is great! I would highly recommend Bridge Crest Post Acute for their after care needs.
The staff and personnel have all been attentive and personable. I have 4 more days here, but I’m sure my review will continue with the 5 star rating.
I was there for 6 months. Most of the aids were very nice. Buy they were so overworked they barely had time for bare necessities. The “nurses” only had time to pass meds. And not much else. Substandard care out side of that. Took about 3 weeks to diagnose my UTI.. then had to go to my urologist. I learned how to do my own Ostomy. They don’t have time to help with that, IF they even know how. The PA’s…I really liked 1. He listened and worked with me. The others were more about pushing pills. I had to sternly tell one how to do his job. As for the food…I lost 30 pounds in 3 months..I could barely eat it was so horrible and I am not that picky. The carpet in the place has to be at least 50 yrs old. It is absolutely disgusting. I think management lies to live ones looking for a place and they don’t care about anything except money. Patients and workers pay the price. I gave 2 stars only because most of the aids did the best they could
My name is Jennifer Fidler, and I am the Activities Director here at Bridge Crest Post Acute. Having been with the facility for over eight years, I have witnessed many transitions during my tenure. I truly love the work I do and care deeply for the well-being of our residents. I am writing to share that I, along with our entire team, remain fully compassionate and committed to our mission, giving 100% effort every single day. While staffing changes occur, I want to express my continued belief in Bridge Crest, our management team, our dedicated staff, and the positive direction in which we are moving. Bridge Crest is here to support your family members and our community.

The staff is happy and helpful. The building is clean and doesn’t smell nasty. The activities director is a gem. PT and OT are professional and encouraging. The food is quite good. For a skilled nursing facility this is an excellent choice.

I have been a resident for a couple of months after a fall that caused a stress fracture in my left leg. I have been in a wheelchair for awhile and now starting therapy to regain my strength in my legs . I have received great care here and my needs taken care of . I would absolutely recommend Bridge Crest to anyone who is in need of hospital after care therapy etc.

My husband Franck and I come every Thursday to do Spiritual Healing Hymns & Devotions with the residents. Bridge Crest is a lovely place, the staff are so kind and take wonderful care of the Residents. The building is filled with love and devotion to the Residents. We enjoy volunteering our time here. We like to joke to Jennifer the Activities Director that if we need care in our old age would she have a bed for us. Of course, she says. We know if that were a possibility, we would be in good hands. God Bless Bridge Crest and all who work there.

Most of the nursing and cna’s staff were great. Very friendly and caring and wanted the best for you. My only concern is kitchen adhering to my special diets.
