Very welcoming and accommodating. Great care facility. Friendly and helpful staff. Decent food quality. Very clean too.

I’ve had a lot of fun here the staff are great they’ve taken great care of me and my legs and they’re helping me get my legs back together and get my body back in shape and I feel greatly appreciated . I would recommend Bridgecrest to anyone because they’re a great they got great personality and they’re very upbeat and they have bingo and we play several times a week.

The staff is happy and helpful. The building is clean and doesn’t smell nasty. The activities director is a gem. PT and OT are professional and encouraging. The food is quite good. For a skilled nursing facility this is an excellent choice.

My overall experience has been great. I was nervous at first but the staff has been very welcoming and have provided for my needs promptly. I would recommend Bridge Crest to anyone who needs care. They have been very good at treating my wounds and all my needs. And that’s the Honest truth.

I have been a resident for a couple of months after a fall that caused a stress fracture in my left leg. I have been in a wheelchair for awhile and now starting therapy to regain my strength in my legs . I have received great care here and my needs taken care of . I would absolutely recommend Bridge Crest to anyone who is in need of hospital after care therapy etc.

My husband Franck and I come every Thursday to do Spiritual Healing Hymns & Devotions with the residents. Bridge Crest is a lovely place, the staff are so kind and take wonderful care of the Residents. The building is filled with love and devotion to the Residents. We enjoy volunteering our time here. We like to joke to Jennifer the Activities Director that if we need care in our old age would she have a bed for us. Of course, she says. We know if that were a possibility, we would be in good hands. God Bless Bridge Crest and all who work there.

Most of the nursing and cna’s staff were great. Very friendly and caring and wanted the best for you. My only concern is kitchen adhering to my special diets.

I have had good care and my needs are always taken care of. I really enjoy it here,especially the daily activities of Bingo, Socials, Entertainment. I would recommend Bridge Crest to friends and or family who may have after care needs.

This is my second time here. I requested to come here as I had such a good experience. The staff is so caring and I know my needs will be taken care of. I was at ease knowing I was coming back to Bridge Crest.

When I first came here, I was very scared, wasn’t sure what I was getting into.Because looks are deceiving, but as i’ve been here for the past week.And a half, I am so comfortable here that people are very kind and caring and quite honestly, they don’t get paid enough to do what they do?And that’s the end of it, and I sincerely believe that that’s just not me saying words and for someone that needs basic care.Yes! I would recommend Bridge Crest.

Bridge Crest has an excellent Physical/Occupational Therapy department. They meet you where you are at and help grow your skills. When I arrived, I couldn’t even stand unassisted. By the time I was ready to leave, I was transferring independently and using a 4-wheel walker. The aides/CNAs and Nurses are lovely, caring, patient people. Healing isn’t linear, and the people here understand that. More importantly, they work with and around it.

Staff is great

Everyone treats me like family, you make me feel like adopted family. I have a lot of health and mental health issues and the whole team here has been so supportive and I feel my needs are always met, nursing is so caring, therapy has worked with me to regain strength. I love the activities and how kind and caring Jen and Tracy in the business office are as well Vivian helped provide me comfort. I feel loved and cared for. I would recommend Bridge Crest to anyone who is going through my similar story and situation.

I have come along way since first admitting here.I still have problems with getting up in the morning but once they get me up they are right there on my care and needs. All the staff help me out a lot more than I’ve been helped at other facilities in the past I don’t want to leave but, I know that they have the perfect , safe place to go when I discharge. God bless everybody here the staff , you guys have helped me to come a long ways to help me and matter fact i got to say thanks to the lady Jen that plays bingo this activities director she’s awesome she’s right there and Tory in SS and Brooke and Greg DNS , Andrea CNA ,therapy team it’s so awesome you keep pushing me to keep being strong I just got to learn how to walk again and I’ll be all right God bless everybody to help me Eddie .

This facility is caring, therapy has made my life and quality of life so much better. Everyone is helpful, its nice to sit outside. I have my own little garden area to work on for my therapy, I have made friends with other residents, Brooke is so helpful With my appointments, I love the activities here and Jen is so helpful and kid, we have access to a beautiful walking trail and so much more. This has been such a blessing to my recovery and I would recommend Bridge Crest to anyone who needs therapy etc.

So my name is George my experience here has been great all the staff has been completely professional very kind, very empathetic and always caring always thinking of the patient and I love this place I would recommend this place to anyone.

A relative has been a resident of this facility for several months. When we were inquiring about her being placed here, the administrator assured us they were able to provide care at the relatively high level she would require. This was far from being the truth. Most of the staff is friendly and as helpful as they can be, however training in anything but basic care is lacking and they are woefully understaffed. She should be receiving aggressive Physical and Occupational Therapies, but again staffing is not adequate in either numbers or skill. The facility itself is old, shabby, and housekeeping is sub-standard. The food is also barely palatable most of the time. Do not place your loved one here.

My experience here in a year’s time there has been lots and of changes for the better. In my personal experience my therapy has changed with physical growth and I have been very blessed and the Activities has been awesome I am loving the new activities we have been doing that helps therapeutically. And Brooke that runs the front desk has been so helpful with appointments and setting up rides and I really appreciate her and all the staff and I would highly recommend anyone for their rehabilitation needs.

My experience of 2 weeks has been wonderful. Therapist are great, nurses meet all my needs. I would highly recommend Bridge Crest Post Acute.
